Lost Front Page Images and part of Top Menu

Lost Home Page Images and Navigation Menu is distorted. The Help button is gone

I’m getting this error when I click save in Settings > Basic Settings:

Warning: getimagesize() [function.getimagesize]: Filename cannot be empty in /home/xxxxxxxxxx/public_html/wshs/administration/basic_settings.php on line 307

I recently upgraded to 7.0.5 and all went well. Today I made changes to some Language Keys (FAQ, Help, About Us), and added links to external sites.
The site is here:

I’ve replaced with fresh copies :
help.php
index.php.
faq.php
about_us.php

There was no change.

Any ideas how to get rid of the error? I’m hoping just fixing that and that will fix the Menu (I hope).

I do not see these problems on your site.

Just fixed it. Found another post where this happened.

Promo Images Disappeared.

It turns out that adding "Recently Added Sites" stops the Promo Block from working.

I'm waiting for find out if there is a fix for this yet.

Now I get to put back all the stuff I took out trying to fix this.
