Looking for a mod that resizes page blocks

There used to be a mod that allowed you to drag the sizes of the blocks on a page to what ever size you wanted . I search for it and can't find it. Does any one remember what it was called?.

I would appreciate some feedback after you purchase the module.  By the way, there is a css that ships with the module (or use to ship with it) that will change the looks of the blocks on the page; you need to edit or disable that css or you will suddenly find that your site look has changed.

I have yet to implement the mouse block designer because I am having trouble with the blocks that need auto height set.  Would like your feedback on that as well.

It uses absolute positioning, so it will not be fluid/responsive
