Ok I am having some trouble figuring out how to change the pop out login box. I'm not sure if it's a css type change or an ajax type change or some other code that I obviously know nothing about.

So How do I change the colors of the "Ajax" pop out box when logging in?

The file you seek is known as common.css, and can be found under ./templates/base/css/.
