Log in - profile info required...

Site Im currently building, when I log in, it automatically takes me to the page 'profile_info_required.php' displaying a page block saying I need to add more profile info.

I've deleted most of the profile info requirements to minimal and have deano tools installed with a login redirect to index.php

where is this coming from!???

Only have some basic modules installed, no profile based mods other than Deanos facebook connect.

Everything else installed is just stuff like groups, events...

Any ideas?

profile_info_required is coming either from my facebook connect module or one of my other connect mods.

if your seeing it, it means the facebook connect module was not properly installed. The file named profile_info_required.php was not uploaded to the root of your dolphin site as per the install instructions.

Thanks Deano, thought it might be the facebook connect module.

Just checked and the file is in the root of the site though.

I misread your first post. I was assuming it was missing, but it's actually asking for information.

The purpose of that is to nag people to complete their profile, and if it's being displayed it means there is at least one profile field that is required that is not filled out.

If you do not wish to nag your members for it, then you disabled it by setting the nag time option in facebook connect to 0.

Do you mean the 'profile check-interval/hours'

Its strange as I have removed all but the minimum required fields in profiles, and on my admin profile have everything filled out yet still its sending me to the profile editor asking for more info!

Thanks

Yes. profile check-interval/hours

There must be something it's detecting as required that's not showing up on the profile editor.

But just disable the check.
