 I have looked and can't find this here so I will post it now. If this is a repeat post, i am sorry. I am looking for a way to set the chat windows to the bottom bar like face-book does (with little chat windows). I remember I had it that way in 7.0.2 but now it opens a whole darn chat window. any help on this would be greatly appreciated. thanks. I am using 7.0.5

The chat module opens a whole window, but the instant messenger chat opens on the menu bar like facebook. (the one where you go to the member's profile to click "chat") Unless there's an optional setting for that and I just have it set that way - I think it's the default setup! |

It was installed but was not showing in modules. I had to uninstall it and reinstall. I see it now.

Sorry for late reply, We got it working now as well thank you for the responses. had to uninstall/reinstall simple messenger |
OK I thought it was working, but It isn't, I had uninstalled the simple messenger and reinstalled it and it doesn't give the option to chat. only the video chat shows when viewing someones profile. this is nerve racking |
Perhaps make sure both Messenger and Simple Messenger are installed? |
