Limited contact messages to other members

Was just wondering if there was a way to limit the amount of contact messages that I free member can send out to other members. I have seen this on another site and thought it was a great idea. Would like to keep the free members on by giving them the chance to send contact messages to other members like once a day or week or something instead of just letting them send or not. This way they may stay long enough to want to upgrade

You can control permissions further (including the number of actions, reset time, availability, etc.) by clicking on them under the permission listing page for the related membership level.

one question about it just to make sure however. If I give permission to add say 2 photos but leave the reset time blank they will only be able to add 2 photos correct?
