Licence/Upgrade ?

How long does it take for Boonex admin to get back to you with a license key? I emailed uno@boonex.com with my transaction ID. Just wondering how long it takes before they respond.

I received my prime key the next day. This is due to our13 hour time zone difference.

License keys should show up automatically after purchase in the licenses section here. Did you check? http://www.boonex.com/market/licenses

Anyhow, how long it takes to respond depends on how busy he is, and how many other messages are ahead of you, and if it is the weekend which it is, and they do not work on the weekends.

I was on the standard license, but purchased the prime and mobile license but they have not showed up automatically in my account. I guess they must be initiated manually by admin?

As Deano noted, BoonEx usually doesn't work on weekends.  Give it another two days for them to deal with any backlogged orders and what-not.  Your licenses should be available by then.
