Language installation?

I downloaded the Italian language, but where should I install it, it's a zip file, do I need to unzip it? how it works please?

Yes. Unzip it. Instructions on how to install are normally contained within the zip file.

But, what is the basic installation for the language? with admin? or FTP? ...

If you have a language file in the zip such as lang_it.php then I would suggest going into your Admin Panel> Settings> Language Settings and in the 'Languages' box, you will see an option to the right to "Import".

Browse to the location of your language file and click 'import'

Once you do that, put a check mark in the new Italian Language box and click compile (you should see it in the List option. You will then need to go to your forum and click the Manage Forum tab and recompile there also..

if  you have all Modules translation

you should upload them via ftp

if not, you may have problems with it

He meant , go to admin panel, click on language settings, add

_bx_forum_forum_posts

with ITalian translation to it
