Language Translation Icons on Extra Top Menu?

Hi,

I'd like to move the language translation menu from bottom to extra top menu.  And rather than having to click the menu to display the language selection, I'd like to display the icons right away (since I only have 2 languages available).

Please help on how to accomplish this.
