Language String Editor and Database Backup mods?

Can any one say why we use and how can use this mods?

Language String Editor and Database Backup mods pack

Well, the names of the mods are very much self explanatory.

Language String Editor - mostly for translating Dolphin into diffrent language and to edit Dolphin's native language such as English or Russian... Mod has better interface and much more functionality then Dolphin's built-in Language editor.

Database Backup mods pack - I haven't used this one, but as its name is saying - it is for backing up Dolphin's Database....

Database backup module doesn't have a forum thread because basically there's only one button that you push in order to make a backup and another one for roll it back.
