Lang UTF8 problem

Hi,

my site is also in French and German.

My problem is that every time I make a change in my site (move item in top menu, install a new module,...) some of the button from "Top Menu" and "action" change to Ã©, ü, Ã¤, etc...  for every french or german caracter (ö, é, ä,...).

But this doesn't happen to every menu or button (most of them). For exemple _inbox change  but not the wall.

I check my database and file for UTF8 encoding, tried to write in Html encoding (ö, ü...), check all the topics on this forum,... but I didn't find a solution.

I have the feeling that this words with the  Ã©, ü, Ã¤ are somewhere in a file or in the database, and every time I change something, dolphin get them back.

Do somebody have an idea where I can look ?

I answer to myself in case somebody have the same problem one day.

For some reason the table sys_localization_strings was not changed.

So I download it, change all the é, ü, Ã¤, etc... and upload the table again.

Where can i download this file for allowing: æ, ø, å etc?
