It looks like i am running 7.04 but I am not 100% it was suppose to be upgraded to that but prior to this all I was using 7.02 |
Yeah...your upgrader mixed up the files...boo hiss.. i suppose he cant be contacted now huh?
may have to do some serious fixing if he doesnt have full backups of before he started////
please tell us he has them or you have them....if so you can simply start again....when I upgrade I make a new folder and NEVER touch production...seriously bad things can happen....once...my daughter got to my computer and was hitting buttons..shes 3...nothing happened but imagine she decided to delete something....now I never leave my puter open lol

There are no backups that i am aware of. This whole darn thing has been a big headache and i should have stuck with the 7.02 version it was running fine.
If i can at least get my site people to be able to log in I would be grateful!

I should have read it right!!!
/home/xxxxx/public_html/header.inc.php:1
there is no header.inc.php in the root of your site its located in the "inc" folder
This line:
"output started at /home/squid/public_html/header.inc.php:1"
means theres an error on line 1... when we open it it has some weird characters in front of the opening php tags !@#<?php
download it to keep a copy then simply delete it.

Darren Powless, I thank you for your time and your expertise. I also want to thank you for being prompt and for taking time out on a sunday to call me and walk me step by step through what you were doing.
I would recommend anyone with and issue with boonex to contact mrpowless.

I am writing this letter to give my highest possible recommendation for Darren Powless at http://mrpowless.com. I met Darren through a message here at boonex after being taken for a few dollars. Darren first approached me as a reply to my post of a site error I paid to get and could not get the person to fix for me. At our first phone meeting I described the general outline of the errors and Darren went right to work on it. He answered all my questions and appeared intelligent with the in and out of the boonex product.
He walked through each step he was doing and found many errors on my site and explained them very clearly to me. He did this independently - and within 44 minutes he completely removed all errors and we were back up and running. I am very grateful for finding Darren and his expertise, and I was quite impressed at his motivation and independence.
http://mrpowless.com has the best boonex tutorials I have yet seen and his one on one communication and email response is the best yet.

Thank goodness the font size stops at 36pt or else it would have taken me an hour to scroll through the screen to read your post (on both forum topics). Nothing to see here |
