Job Request see photo......

I tried two different browsers to post this in jobs but the days thing would not accept days.  See attached photo if you are interested in doing this I would like to get it done as soon as possible if you can point me towards who would be best for this that would be great...... The idea would to bring in all information about the photo to the online store.........Thanks.......IOW the only thing left would be to catogorize it and price it.......if it brings in all the information from the picture over.......
