Issues with Store Module

Hello.

My store module only displays ONE option for members when they view a product....and that's the "Subscribe" button. 
The uploaded product is well accompanied with a text file and price.... So that's all fine and the price is displayed...only problem is that a customer can't do anything about the product.

Secondly, dunno if its related to the above but when the admin clicks on the "broadcast" button for a product, a "THERE ARE NO CUSTOMERS FOR THIS PRODUCT YET" is displayed....so how is there supposed to be a customer when users only have the "Subscribe" option?

Any help?

It looks like you are trying to buy something when you are not logged in. 

Store module is designed to sell for logged in members only.

I'm logged in... Non-members can't even access my "Store" page... 

You cannot buy your own products. If you are looking at someone else's product did they put in a price in the price field or just the text field?

The product was posted by admin...or whoever really....
And another user browse to the store page to buy...
And yh, a price was put in the price field....

Have you check Membership permissions in the Dolphin Admin section?

If that does not seem to be the problem, make sure the Block permission is set so members can view in the page builder section of admin. The Block "items" should be in place with members checkbox checked.

Attached is a screenshot for the store permissions.... although its now called "House".... 

 

I have just added a new product on the boonex demo site as admin and tried to buy it as a different member (kangaroo) - there is no button to purchase it.

I don't see much point in having a store where the products cannot be bought..

In the actions block, there is only share and subscribe buttons. The submenu has the add product and my products buttons.

Check the membership level action to see if its allowed to purchase normally its in www.yoursite.comadministration/memb_levels.php

Ok, it seems that store module is only good for selling downloadable files.

You must upload a file and set the price, file title, and allow purchase to field.

A new block on the view page will appear ..

1) "Add To cart" button appears it items block, near the item, not in actions block, I haven't seen product page with items block.

2) It looks like yo have modified store module or have different module, according to your actions screenshot, so the problem maybe related to the modifications you've done and completely different module.

Ask module author or author of the modification to have a look at this problem.

3) Check of items block is placed on product page in page builder

There is an integration for OpenCart (open source shopping script; opencart.com to see it in action) for Dolphin in the market.
