Issues with Initial Functionality after install

Hello,

I recently purchased a Dolphin package from TMDHosting and after the initial Dolphin setup (performed by host) some of the functionality on the site does not exist.  I am unable to upload any media to the site and have issues with the login button not working on all pages.  Has anyone encountered this type of issue?  I was able to install the additional modules through the web interface but their functionality is impaired since I cannot upload any media.  Any suggestions?

Yep this happens alot on there servers.  some times they fix and some times they dont.

That is unfortunate... Any advice on a host that doesn't have this issue?  Thank you for the fast help!

Check the upload limits. They vary from host to host.
