Is this enough server space for processing video?

  • Is this ok or should I upgrade to double? Right now 142mb videos don't want to process. Process failed. Is it because of the low ram/processor?

Have you checked all the settings?  Report the values of the settings.  Search the forum for video fails to process and other related search terms.

It's not Black Lightning, but it can certainly process videos. Do you receive any cron emails about processing videos? - are there any errors from them?

no emails concerning error

Core memory_limit This sets the maximum amount of memory in bytes that a script is allowed to allocate. This helps prevent poorly written scripts for eating up all available memory on a server. Note that to have no memory limit, set this directive to -1. 1800m
Core upload_max_filesize The maximum size of an uploaded file. 1500m

Options & Information max_execution_time This sets the maximum time in seconds a script is allowed to run before it is terminated by the parser. This helps prevent poorly written scripts from tying up the server. The default setting is 30. 3000
Options & Information max_input_time This sets the maximum time in seconds a script is allowed to parse input data, like POST, GET and file uploads. 3000

50mb videos work fine and sometimes the 150mb videos work, other times they don't.

Do you receive any emails at all about processing videos (ffmpeg.exe)?

Make sure the cron jobs are set to send to an email address you actually check - by default in cPanel they send to the account's mail, and in Plesk they don't send one at all.

This could be due to the PHP configuration, e.g., memory_limit being too low. But I'll need an error message (these would be at the very end of FFmpeg cron emails) to know exactly what.
