Is this a Hack

Been running the latest version of Dolphin since it came out. No issues till today. Nothing was changed on the site but today when I went to it I see this message below.

The question is, Is this the result of a attempted hack?

Upon further exam found some file permissions where changed to 200 from 644.  Still not sure how this happened. 

Perhaps this was during some changes by your hosting provider.  If not, then you might still want to change passwords.
