Is there a way to send members to the cart......

We edited the language key so that instead of saying "Access denied. Your membership level doesn't allow this." it now says "To access this page, upgrade now!" and it is hyperlinked to the upgrade page. Like most navigational issues in dolphin, it is a cumbersome workaround that makes our members work harder than they need to, but at least it isn't the dead end that the default wording was.
