This is just a simple statement or if someone has an easy fix it is welcomed. Simply put, the invite a friend email template is flawed because when the recipient gets the email it does not say who the friend is. Although in the form it asks has your email your registered with it does not even mention that in the email sent.
I would suggest that in the invite form it would ask for the user their first and last name and that to be entered into the email template.
