Installation manually or automatic?

Friends,

I want to create a site with the Dolphin (initially free license, and the next month, with paid leave). I'll also put some mods paid and free right after I finish installing the Dolphin.

I'll put this site in HostUpon, VPS 20.

My question is as follows:

What is better? I manually install or I use the automatic installation? I can trust in the automatic 1-click installation that provides HostUpon?

Is there any difference in files, in performace of the site?

I would download Dolphin, you can unzip locally but it is faster if you can upload the zip, or download the zip directly to the server, and unzip on the server.  Create a database and install Dolphin manually.  For one, you know you are getting the latest stable release of Dolphin that way.
