Installation Error message

I got this message on my installation of Dophin 7.1.4. Anyone have any idea of how to fix this?  I've never gotten this on any installation and I've done plenty.

allow_url_include is On (warning, you should have this param in Off state, or your site will unsafe)
Please go to the
Dolphin Troubleshooter
and solve the problem.

allow_url_include is a php directive.

Go into the admin panel of your hosting provider and set it to off.
