Inbox and friend request notification as text

Hi All,

 In Dolphin we having the inbox notification and friend request notification in the bottom menu as icon. While we click that icon it will redirect to particular page.

 But here I need to have a notification as a block which will display the notification  as text format. and it should display on all the pages

  Is their any free module for this. or in Dolphin itself we having this notification block.If yes how to use it.
