I cannot believe . . .

How incredibly unstable this is for Windows. It works one day then not the other . . . now it doesn't work at all! And when it did "function" it actually didn't . . . There weren't ANY image folders or anything after installing the photos module. Just disappointed . . .

I'd say missing directories is a problem with the server or upload, not the script itself. I've had little problems getting this script working under Windows, so I suggest you take another look at your configuration and make sure it meets those required by the script.
