I am totally new and needed for some help

I am using dolphin7.0.9 version and I need to upgrade it but by looking the instruction it will mislead my website and I am not dare to take risk. 

Anyone who can do for me and I will pay between understanding price?

alot of people can do that for you, but make sure they can update your mods also, thats very important because you may lose data or functionality of the mods.

Make sure you run a Full Site Backup through cPanel before you have anyone attempt this for you.

First step is to backup the whole site files, all of them, and the whole database.  Doing that will secure your site from any lost.
