How to view Friends Groups

Hi,

I have one question, When i login with User A and viewing the User B Profile, My question is while viewing the User B Profile how can i get the Groups posted by the User B.

In Short i want to get the friends groups while viewing there profile

Is this is possible.

Help needed.
