How to replace quotes with banner image?

I'd like to known what I need to do in order to replace the quote with a banner call? Which file do I need to modify and what do I need to modify?

Thanks for the post, but what I need is to replace the quote code with a banner call in order for the banner to stay in the same place independent of screen resolution. Any ideas where to find that code?
