How to make categories multi-lang friendly

Ummm.. is there an easy way to make categories multi-lang friendly.  I tried to add _test and it doesnt seem to be working.

Far as i can tell. At this point in time they cannot use language keys.

Hmmm I never noticed its really not translatable and u are really correct. This is crucial thing - deano could u add ticket for that I tgibnk this is really serious ....

However i expect they will push it off to a later version. I do not see an easy way to make this happen unless they remove the ability for categories to be created by members. My study of it so far appears to involve a lot of work.

Just curious how you people can run sort of serious multilanguage site without categories untranslated ? It looks very unprofessional if u have only partiallly translated site untended to be multilanguage..

ummmm unfortunately you were right deano - I hoped ticket will be realized in 7.0.5 or moved to 7.1 - the worst scenario happened - ticket was moved to dreams section so maybe it comes into queue in 2012 in best option :-(
