How to limit spy listing to activity related to the logged in user

The default implementation for spy activity results when a user clicks on the spy menu is to see all activity for everyone on the site.  I don't allow guest access to my site and I want spy to work such that a logged in member only sees information that pertains to he or she.  For example, if I am logged in as Joe, I want the spy page to only show activity related to me, Joe.  Who this activity is from doesn't matter--it can be freinds or non-friends, but I don't want to be seeing activity between two parties, both of which I do not know.
