How to invite people to Videochat?

Can someone help me out?

cometchat has a feature like this where your members can actually invite members into video chat and private groups chat etc etc ...

It also integrated with Dolphin very well.

To invite anothr user to video chat  - go to that users Profile page. if they are online, the video chat button will appear in the actions menu. Click this button. Once the popup window opens and loads, you must type an initial message to that person. This message will be seen by the person you are inviting in a small notification window. Once they click accept, then they will join the chat.

Ohh, I realize OP might be talking about the video messenger .... I thought they meant actually invite people into video chat rooms.
