How to install Universal Analytics from Google?

I'm trying to install Universal Analytics (the new Google Analytics) tracking code in my website, but I'm getting Tracking Not Installed.

I'm placing it in 'templates/base/_footer.html', before </body>.

 clear your cache, if that does not help you may have to manually clear it...
