How to get rid of the membership feature?

Hi guys,

Membership feature in Dolphin is great, but at this stage I don't feel to need it (at least until my community will be properly developed).

How can I completely get rid of any membership feature on my community (e.g. Promotion, etc.)?

so make all allowed for all, and disable the promotion membership in admin panel
