Give them time to respond. Is your RMS server hooked ok? And check in your admin section under flash/chat and make sure all setting are set right there. ok this error, does this occur prior to recording or after recording? if prior to recording you have an issue with RMS if after recording, you have an issue with your port not allowing the video to be sent back to the server for processing. This occur when I click on record. I've anothe problem. When I save the RMS parameters, I get an error message "can't connect to the RMS". Somebody know how to fix this?
