How to delete blocks in backhand..

Hallo, before i have a toltaly messed up backhand, how to delete these things here..
I made one, then copy.. but i don't know how to delete.

I took a look at this but was waiting for someone else to chime in.  If you created the block, I think you can simply use the delete button at the bottom of the settings page when you click on the item.  System blocks, on the other hand, can probably only be deleted through the database.  I noticed the long text flowing down the page.  If nothing else, just edit the item and remove that text to clean up the admin section.
