How to change text on upload video page?

The text on the upload video page reads "If you have problems with the flash uploader, we recommend that you use a regular uploader." I would like to add "Videos must comply with our terms of service." And if possible, I would like the words "terms of service" to be linked to the terms of service page. How do I edit this text?

The best way to find a language key is to go to the backend to Language Settings and enter part of the phrase into the filter box.  I did this and the key you want to edit is:

_media_flash_warning

Just put that key into the filter box and you will be able to edit it.

Edit: to put the link in you just need to add the anchor tag <a href="URL to ToS page">Terms of Service</a>

You could get fancy; and have a tooltip that lists just the ToS entry for videos when they hover over the link.
