How to change size of extra tom menu

Does any one know hot to change the size of the extra top menu ....(the menu bar that is usually at the bottom of the screen with the member status,shopping cart ...) ...how do I change the size of this?

You should work a bit with css

Add firebug to firefox and you will be able to see where you have to change the size on the right css file.

Remember to disable the css cache from your admin panel for an easier navigation through your css files.
