How to add photo's from pc to Blog?

You have to add an image manager.

Where can i find this?

If you have users that will only access the site through mobile, some of the crappy mobile devices (I won't name names) ones don't do flash and you would need one that is not flash based.

The next release of Dolphin Pro will include this functionality.  You can add this functionality now if you want to, but the associated effort and/or cost may not have time to pay for itself.

Of course it may be a long long time before Dolphin Pro shows itself.
