How to add categories block?

Hello, I want to add categories block to sounds page, videos page, files page etc...how can I do it? Please advice

I would like to move the two blocks categories of music from http://www.areavis.com/m/sounds/categories to http://www.areavis.com/m/sounds/home/

maybe someone know how to do it?

where I can find?
