How to add another button on block Avatar Cropping Tool

Hello everybody,  I'm trying to add one button on block Avatar Cropping Tool, in this section by default

exist two buttons Add Avatar and Remove, but I require to add another one for redirect another page like profile.

But I don't know where I can modify for that requirement.

Any idea to try?
