How can I Hide Suspend and Cancel Profile Options?

Hide them from where? Who?

When the user is in his profile he has these options there. I would like to not permit them to cancel or suspend their profiles.

I would like to hide the suspend myself. Cancel is ok, but not the self suspend.

One way would be to go to the menu builders and remove the links.
