How to Block CHINA?

How to do this?

Also, I have TWO levels of security on my page and the bots are still able to register.  How do I fix this?  Any ideas?

See below as this is the security section of my site.  After I use the dolphin panel and ban the members/bots, their profiles are still on my site as well as anything that they have written.  How do I do a clean sweep of this?

Thanks.

Did you delete the member?

You get people to register with a captcha and a question? Wow --- you must have some good stuff for them to jump through all those hoops.

Do a search and you'll find a thread about how to block china.

How many times to I have to tell you folks around here to just use this free module?

I also posted in the Tip &Tricks forum a long time ago, how to use Maxminds proxy detection service to prevent registrations through anonymous proxies.

@ Matto:  No I didn't delete the member.  Just banned them because I assumed that if I banned them, they couldn't register again (same email address).  I will delete now.

@ HoustonLively:  I just looked at the mod you mentioned.  What I don't understand is that if they see that their country isn't allowed, couldn't they just register under a DIFFERENT country?  Or is this mod really just for bots?

Also, my city is gone on my site.  A previous developer took it off but I can't find it anywhere to add it back.  Or is it under a different name (since this software isn't American made).

Thanks for the responses.

No.... that would make it a pretty stupid mod, wouldn't it?  The module  blocks registration based on the users geographical location.

One more thing.  To refresh my Site Stats, do I need to press clear cache?  I have in fact deleted all the members/spammers.  Just my stats aren't adding up.  Just went live a few days ago.  I can't seem to eliminate the spammers' discussion posts/blogs where their advertising their knock-off products, smh.
