How show Real Name unstead of Nickname

It is possible to show First and Last name unstead of nickname on all the website? In wall, spy, notification and comment.

Because many user use nickname that is not close from their real name so its hard to know exactly who said what on the website.  It's a worker Union website so that why. All member know each other in real life... but they dont know their nickname.

It depends on dolphin version. I forget when they added the feature.

Check in admin->settings->Advanced Settings->Profiles.

You should see a option Member display-name: you can change to first + last name.
