How do i fix this???

I got an email with this in it:

Is this bad??? How do i got about fixing this??? Please Help!!  Thank you

its not horrid, but its not good. what have you changed or edited or modified recently. its bitching about something that is or isnt in the database.

 

or that it couldnt reach the database....

I just changed a few profile fields really, i think ill be okay... But in the future how do you fix them or hire to fix the problem??

OK I have received the same mail today...

EDIT: DosDawg, you said "what did you do"  I installed a free template from cogzidel.com by Author: Major Karthik template "tmpl_skin001"

the reason for thinking of this is the color of the border below, "red" and I just installed the other day on another testing site...

yes SashaE, I have used that thread on my commercial sites with the correct settings according to http://www.boonex.com/trac/dolphin/wiki/HostingServerSetupRecommendations and have no problems with them..

the testing server for this template is low on resources, the template is most likely causing the problem, going to "UNI" and running test the site does fine.. thanks for the input.. so to me a "pretty" template can be a resource hog..
