How do I make a member a Featured Member?

I figure out how to make photos and videos featured, but how do you make a member of your site a featured member?

Go to the members section in the admin panel (http://www.yoursite.com/administration/profiles.php) . Search for the member and click on their name. You will be directed to the edit profile page which has the option to make the member featured.

If you click on a member's avatar, you go to their profile page.  If you click on the name beside the avatar, you go to the profile edit page.

I am a bit lost. Didn't I already say click on the name to go to the profile edit page ?

 Geek_girl has her point which is clearer. I myself didn't know that if you click on the name and avatar will take you 2 diff places.

so click on the avatar will go to member's profile, click on the name will take you to the edit page.

Point taken. I always encourage new members to spend quite a bit of time getting familiar with the Admin panel. There are so many items such as this that are not obvious unless you spend time browsing around.

one point that i didnt see mentioned which may help someone later on - go to Builders - Profile Fields - CLick Edit profile link in upper right corner - Click the bubble next to Admin - Make sure you have the Admin Controls Header Block with Featured underneath it. Without this, there will be no option to make the user a featured member on the Profile Edit page. See Pic.
