How To Split A Block Into 2 ?

I visit Pornhub and a few other porn sites, where 1 block they have 2 tabs. 1 tab is for favorite videos or whatever, the other tap is VIP or Premium stuff. 

How can they do that? I think they split that block into 2 somehow. like create a php block then use some code to do it or something. 

P.s I watch porn a few times a week.

It can be done in php. Quite simply it is a block with 2 divs. One hidden, the other not. Then onclick javascript on the tabs to show and hide the proper divs.

While I wonder about the wisdom of revealing this bit of information; there is nothing wrong with that.  I don't quite understand the interest of watching someone else "doing it" but then I don't understand the whole sports watching on the telly thing either and this idea that they are "My Team" when they are not and could care less about the watcher, they care about the money.
