How To Insert pre-made Blocks to new page?

I go to pagebuilder and create a new page, but it's blank. where can I get the pre-made blocks like Spy, Profile etc for my new page? 

First of all, not all pre-made blocks will work on a new page; some are coded to work on certain pages.  Secondly, you will have to copy the blocks you want to use to the new page.  This can be done in the database or better, using a block copy tool.  One such tool, there are probably others, is Deano's Block Tools; which is the one that I use for working with Blocks.  It will let you know if the copy is likely to work or fail.  If the block can be copied, it will be placed in the inactive items list.  Then you visit the page and drag the block into place.

I will leave it to others to come in with other Market modules for working with blocks.
