How To Enable Asian Username in Join Form?

I got this error " Only Latin Symbol allowed" please see attachment, and I run this SQL update following this thread

Sorry, I mean the username field.  Spaces in usernames are not supported by default.  Dolphin 7.1+ can display full names (with spaces) instead of usernames from Advanced Settings in the administration panel.

Thank you all. Somehow it's working for me. I can register using Asian char and spaces. and was able to log in using it also.
