How Do I Set Up Cron For Videos

Its driving me nuts that my members upload videos and it is stuck in processing mode. How do I set up the cron job to fix this problem?

cd /path/to/dolphin/periodic; /path/to/php -q cron.php

You should configure it to run every second. You should find all the information you need in your /inc/header.inc.php file.
