Hoping someone can help shed some light on this

I am trying to get rid of the space where the logo is in this pic . I intend on redesigning the logo to be white and move up into blue area of the header . Where do i need to look ? ( took forever to get this far lol )

Yes, you certainly can do that.  You look at the files for your current template _sub_header.html and _header.html; those are the two template files that handle that. 

Thanks gg gets tiring hunting for this stuff. Alot of what i have been doing was in css files . i got lost in there and over looked sub header lol
