Home page special blocks in internal pages

Admin > Builders > Page Builder > Homepage

Here I can place the Quotes section anywhere in active columns, but If I want to place the same Quotes section or some other blocks in internal pages like profile page, there I am not getting the Blocks option in Inactive Blocks. How can I shows these sections in internal pages?

Get Deano's Block Tools from the market.  It will help in copying page blocks.  I have Block Tools on my site and I checked and it shows that the Quotes block should be able to be copied to other pages.
