Help with pictures and passwords to "disappear"

Dear,

Some months ago we bought a license for Dolphin 7 and created a network, for a political campaign here in Brazil.

We had some problems with the translation, and many problems with the installation, but in general, the network seemed very good and complete.

Now we’re facing two problems that we can not resolve in any way, so we need your help:

a) Profile photos missing For some unknown reason, some profile photos go missing.

We tested the names of pictures with accent, capital case, and other special characters, and formats such as JPG, different sizes, but could not identify a reason for this problem. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t.

Interestingly, some photos just disappear after weeks online...

b) Passwords that "disappear"

Apparently some passwords "change" without a user request to, which means that the user can no longer login.

Below, an example of a user who is having trouble with the password: user: julia / Password: blog2007

Another example: nataliavale also no longer working.

Other problem that often happens is receiving messages "Database error in <SiteName>”. Weird is that we’ve received several e-mails about database errors, but we haven’t changed anything in the system ...

We look forward for your comments,

Thank you.

I have moved this topic from the "Bugs Report" to the "Dolphin 7" forum area as it was posted in the wrong location.

Problem #1 - To fix your Avatars (profile picture) please refer to AlexT's posting located here:

http://www.boonex.com/unity/forums/?action=goto&search=1#topic/Avatars-disappear.htm

Problem #2 - I have not yet heard of members passwords randomly changing with the assistance of the user or the admin. There was a known issue in the earlier beta stage but that has since been resolved. Also, make sure that you have not created any custom fields and named them ANY of the following:

Password

Salt

Nothing to see here

Zarcon. Yes, this is true.  Paswords change for no reason.  I'm battling that issue right now.  After 6 installs, it just keeps doing it.
